Lori Massarweh is a powerhouse of a woman who teaches Pilates, Bootcamp and Women’s Self-Defense. Although new to Pilates, she’s been in the fitness industry for over four years and trained at Body Rock under head instructor Sara Dane. Her training philosophy is to train from the inside out. While her approach to people and life is pragmatic, she understands the importance of energy and spirit in defining each individual’s perspective toward each new day of their life. Her main goal is to inspire, but she also works to ensure each attendee to her class has a great workout and leaves with a desire to dominate the day before them. “I hope to help each individual find their confidence and strength not only to transform their body but to conquer their life, one day at a time; and to have a lot of fun through the process.” She’s a regular at Max’s Wine Dive and when she’s not vegan she’s indulging in Chicken and Biscuits with French Fries or a Mimosa.
