Tyler Burt took the leap to train under lead instructor Sara Dane after taking her class religiously three times a week for a year. She’s also completed her RYT 200 at The Yoga Institute. Her training influences her philosophy creating strength and flexibility through a logical progression of exercises. Working the proper muscle groups in different exercises, she focuses on good form. Although new to teaching, (she’s been at it for three months), she’s passionate about the direct results in total body strength and flexibility seen with the Pilates Reformer. “I really enjoy the challenge and energy of Body Rock’s class style!” She loves to cook, eat pho and travel to Tokyo, Japan.
