Brittany is a native Houstonian and has practiced yoga, meditation, along with other self-care modalities for over 20 years. She has a mad passion for teaching and she’s got a gift for it. She is a Yoga, barre, spin, and pilates reformer instructor, and is currently going through Wim Hof training to learn breathing techniques to enhance her workouts. She is also currently in school and studying psychology. Brittany’s classes are challenging, fun, and will leave you feeling amazing!
