Kelley Davidson has a background in all things wellness-related, from her M.S. in Nutrition to a B.S. in Exercise Physiology to various fitness certifications as well as a pre- and post-natal certification. Because of this, she believes every body is unique, and tries to create fitness programs designed to help people move well. “By layering functionality, flexibility and strength training, my goal is to help my clients create a body that feels good to live in.” With more than 20 years in fitness training, she’s learned music not only makes a class more fun, but bodies move better when we move with rhythm. When she’s not in a class she’s with her little ones Jake and Adeline and is currently loving a’Bouzy but shares, “in reality, Becks Prime is our family staple!”
