Growing up, Rachel was a competitive gymnast and cheerleader. After graduating from Texas A&M and then joining corporate America, Rachel still wanted fitness central to her life. While working for the Houston Rockets, she co-founded a wellness program and motivated staff through fitness classes. As a certified group fitness instructor, Rachel focused on kickboxing and high energy boot camp before finding her love of the strength, toning, and artistry of reformer Pilates in 2018. Rachel says, “I have exercised my entire adult life. Not until finding Pilates though did I actually look forward to workouts and consider them self-care.”
