Cheyenne has always been interested in the mind-body connection and that intrigue lead her to earn her B.S. in Nutrition from Texas A&M (Whoop!) She is fascinated by how our moods can be instantly lifted simply by moving our bodies. After several years of trying what felt like every fitness class under the sun she found herself on a reformer and fell in love! She’s been hooked since her first class and is excited to blend her training background with her Pilates passion to bring you an energizing workout sure to lift your mood!
