As a former D1 soccer collegiate athlete, Brittney’s past mentality towards fitness was “go, go, go…more is always better.” With this determination to be faster and stronger, she trained for marathons, CrossFit, spinning, boxing, and just about every fitness avenue out there. Pilates came into her life after sustaining an injury, she learned to strengthen and tone without spending hours in the gym lifting weights. She is also a personal trainer, and loves to travel with her husband, check out Houston’s growing restaurant scene, and walk Memorial Park with their rescue dogs.
